Phoenix Directive

What it has received from Terra, and what it did with it, read from its proposals, multisigs and treasury.

Since 5 Aug 2024 the Phoenix Directive has put spending proposals to Terra governance and run what those votes created. Funds reach it in two ways: community pool spends, where its proposals, passed by a vote of staked LUNA, sent LUNA to multisigs they named; and staking rewards, where proposal 4822 gave its treasury an alliance, a share of every block’s rewards that keeps flowing without further votes.
